Find the balance between strength & flexibility 

Rider Pilates is an adapted class that is designed to strengthen the muscles we need to ride and stretch key areas that can tighten from either riding or sitting in an office!  


We can do one-to-one sessions to find out what you struggle with and what you would like to improve on an individual basis, then we can either find a suitable class for your level or continue with one-to-one. 


Classes are held in Fourmarks on Tuesday evenings and East Meon on Thursday evenings.  Classes are generally full but do get in touch to see if there is a space. 


We can also come to your yard for groups of up to ten for a one-off experience of rider Pilates, or if you have a suitable space, we can arrange a regular slot for your liveries or riders! 


It is great fun & is suitable for all levels and types of rider. No pilates experience is necessary and all equipment is provided!
