What Information do we collect?
We take your personal details such as name, date of birth, contact number, email address and home address for our patient database. This enables us to contact you regarding any appointments you book and send you exercise programs following your physiotherapy sessions. We collect this data through our GDPR compliant website, our online booking system, Cliniko, or personally via email or telephone.
We process your data under the lawful basis of ‘consent’ as we will ask for your verbal consent during your initial assessment.
