Holly qualified as a Human Physiotherapist in 2017 and since then have worked for the NHS where shenow specialises in musculoskeletal outpatients. Holly has always had a passion for animals and so for it was a natural progression to carry her carrer into the veterinary physiotherapy world and in 2020 she qualifies as a ACPAT veterinary physiotherapist working closely with horses, dogs, cats and riders also.
Alongside working for the NHS and completing her masters holly has worked as a physiotherapist for Portsmouth rugby club, providing her with insight and specialist knowledge into the demands of human athlete.
As a fully trained human and veterinary physiotherapist Holly has a passion for working with horse and rider partnerships. Having grown up with horses and competed up to national level, holly understands the demands required from both rider and horse to allow you both compete at your peak performance to achieve whatever your competition or leisure goals.
Holly has completed her APPI Level 1 pilates training and is enjoying teaching Rider Focus Pilates classes, although currently on Zoom, hopefully face to face around Surrey and Hampshire soon! Holly is an enthusiastic and passionate instructor and her classes are asy to follow and suitable for all! As a rider helself, Holly really knows how to wake up those important riding muscles and mobilise common areas that become tight from desk work or long hours on the yard!
