Frequently asked questions
Can I get a same day appointment?
If you need an emergency appointment for an injury then please give Hannah a call, email, whats-app or text and we will try our hardest to fit you in either the same or the following day.
If you are unable to come in to clinic we can arrange a same day telephone consultation to give you advice over the phone and decide whether you need an appointment or referral to your GP or to see a specialist.
Can I claim the cost of sessions through my private healthcare company?
Currently, Rider Focus Physio is not covered by private insurance companies. However, Hannah can see you in a local physiotherapy practise, Medstead Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic and are covered by companies including BUPA, AXA, Vitality, Beneden and many others and we may be able to see you through them.
If you are unsure then please give us a call and we can tell you if we are covered.
Can you come to my yard?
Yes! We will happily come to your yard for physio and ridden assessments.
Cost is dependant on number of clients and travel.
1 Client: £60 + travel
2-3 Clients: £50 + shared travel
4+ Clients £45 (No travel within 15 miles, shared travel > 15 miles)
You can book a yard visit on line, but if you are unable to find a suitable time slot or need to discuss numbers then please do just get in touch to arrange.

Please come in comfortable, sports type clothing.
Shorts are ideal if we are assessing hips/knees/ankles.
Strap tops (girls!) are useful for treating shoulders.
It is absolutely fine to come in riding wear if you haven't had time to change, but please be aware we will need you to remove items of clothing to enable a thorough assessment and treatment.
How do I pay for my session?
We can accept cash or card on the day, or via BACS with in 7 days of the appointment.
Appointments not attended with out prior warning will be charged.
